Annie Williams | Folie

对她不甚了解，反正除了音乐不错外人声就一般了……（我在想着是不是会有认真研究过她的粉出来笑我糙哥……）。好吧回过头来讲身世，她貌似类似其他电音女歌手一样在出solo前总要这边哼哼两首那边哈兮两首，然后自己要出时，理所当然是长期伙伴来奸制了。她的partner是Mark Van Hoen，问这是谁？Locust / Scala那位。Locust比较鸡肋，相对较喜欢的Scala因为和前Seefeel成员所组，那种绝对不同于当时的Breakbeat亦跟IDM无关的Experimental Electronica，哇，正点。扯过头了，不过Annie Williams这第一个EP《Folie》，似乎在Trip-Hop如日中天时，给出了不同于铁三角的凄惨陈述的另一种迷乱表达……OK我不要变袁智聪。

Ada | The Red Shoes
[“Blondie”, 2004]
古早就想谈Ada这首歌了，不是专辑——专辑本身质素一般。第一次听见就很想尖叫，这么高纯度的Tech House，听得鸡皮满地。感觉她似乎是对这种风格吃得很透，巨透了，所以用一种巨机械的技巧，把这种领悟力一点一点释放出来，如果听不进的人，估计不会有耐心去等到这歌放完。Tech-House这东西我似乎命中喜欢，比其他类90’s舞曲都更能立即启动经络。（所以觉得现在的街舞真他妈太可笑了）。类似的东西还有Detroit Techno/Dance，像Adult.那些。平素很喜欢花巧无数而暧昧涌动的情愫，但是在Techno/Electro这厢上面，我倾向于德式的机械比如Ellen Allien，而非Chicks On Speed或者Peaches那种所谓朋克。
Ada原名Michaela Dippel，关于她其实在豁达坏脑版已有相关讨论（正是这个歌！），不过似乎比我吹她时晚了一年，暗爽中。
最后在想港台明星英文名叫Ada的除了蔡少芬还有谁？

Saint Etienne | Avenue
[“Travel Edition 1990-2005”, 2004]
去年后知后觉才发觉Saint Etienne的妙处。
不过他们也算是，人要么不知道，要么看不起他们，实在不是很吃香哟。但他们的pop sound philosophy，的确如他们所说，素菜凉盘，亦是正餐必备。
《Avenue》是首本single没错了（不是说“首张”），版本亦非常之多，这里的版本出自前年SubPop下出的精选回顾辑《Travel Edition 1990-2005》，不过估计是出自当年1992年10月一个promo single碟内的edit版。Shortened得很好！
这歌太经典了，用人家写的话就是“基本契合所有流行歌的必需金律，又完全可以迎合后现代文笔过剩的评论界的欢心”。通俗一点说就是，Pop得，也Indie得？

Peaches是德国桃女？

加拿大的……其实我喜欢她的very first album song，忘了名字，哈哈
其他歌多半很垃圾，卖弄不新鲜的内容主题。她其实不太算techno，更big beat一点。
